Order Placement - Placing your order should be easy, just fill in the information into the form when it comes up and you'll be on your way. Your password will be e-mailed to you, as soon as you receive it, you will be able to browse our online store and purchase what you need. If you have questions regarding an application, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Once your order has been placed, it will be process it immediately and a confirmation will be sent via e-mail. Standard items shipped from stock will be billed at time of shipment, non-stock items may have manufacturing and delivery leadtimes. An e-mail will be sent to advise you that the shipment has been processed.

Delivery - Items in our online store are regionally stocked and often offer off-the-shelf deliveries.  Items that are non-stock require a lead time from as specified by the manufacturer. You have a choice of shipping methods, we have chosen UPS and Federal Express for easy choices. Prices for shipment are calculated by the item weight and the type of service requested. Some items may have manufacturer imposed handling or crating charges.

Returns - Standard stock items may be returned for a 35% restocking fee. Material must be returned in an unused and  undamaged condition and is subject to inspection. Custom items or equipment made to order are non-returnable. All other returns will be charged the rate set by the individual manufacturer.

Warranties - All Factory warranties apply.
